Cheeze-it Chicken
Ok, so there's absolutely nothing healthy about it, but if you need a quick, tasty casserole, this might just fit the bill... - 8 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- sour cream (about 1 1/2 cups, but maybe more)
- cheeze-it crackers (about half a package, maybe more)
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- Grease an 9x13" baking pan.
- Lay the chicken in the pan.
- Spread a thick layer of sour cream over the chicken.
- Crush the cheeze-it crackers and sprinkle over the sour cream.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
